STRAIGHT FROM MY MIDNIGHT KITCHEN
Life seems so calm and peaceful at midnight when the world is asleep and I am awake.Its solitude defined.
Whats special in todays midnight kitchen .Before getting into that ,what can be the greatest gift for your mom????????
A off from the kitchen for a day ,especially when she needs it badly.So that is what special from todays midnight kitchen.From breakfast to dinner when everything is prepared what can be more better for a mother than that .
I enter the room and i see my mom already sitting with a sleepy head wishing for a two more minutes of sleep but is forced to get up to complete her daily duties.When i tell her whats in store for her in the kitchen ,the amount of happiness witnessed on her face was a compliment or an appreciation for the work done.Woah pooja great job was the dailogue in my mind.
After this shock my mom like how an innocent kid gets back to sleep when he hears its a holiday for school ,similarly mom went back to her lovely sleep after hearing her holiday from the kitchen.That morning was indeed a good morning for her.
So the menu for the day was
1)Breakfast -tea ,bread,omlete
2)Lunch -dal chawaal sabji
3)Dinner-sambar and idli
Mean while in this entire process I discovered a cook in me .With that I am off to sleep now .
As the sun rises ,the sun of my life sets......
